You’d think that we’d never forget to play with little ones in our midst, but it can be hard to set aside our ‘to do’ lists and rational minds. Getting into our children’s play helps us to see the world from their point of view and nurture our own inner child. Play therapy anyone?
I am most transported into the imaginative realm when I let my kids lead the play. And, sometimes I could use a little help to cross over.
